Natalie will design an exercise program for you that can be used anywhere - home, gym, or on the road, with a variety of exercise equipment or even no equipment at all.
Motivation - Encouragement - Accountability: Unlike other fitness programs that take your money and then forget about you, Body Basics by NAT will be there with you every step of the way. A system will be provided to help you stay accountable to Natalie and, more importantly, yourself. Your workout log will be used by Natalie to evaluate your program weekly to insure the results are working for you.
