Natalie is a Certified Fitness Trainer and Wellness Coach. Her unbridled enthusiasm and passion for living a healthy lifestyle is contagious. Natalie brings fun to fitness for all levels of exercisers. She has been the exclusive fitness trainer for several successful weight loss programs loosely based from the NBC television show, The Biggest Loser. She has been featured in local and regional media, highlighted in Nutritional Express supplement catalog, and is a previous applicant for consideration in the television shows The Fat March, as well as the Fitness Trainer for a Dr. Phil Weight Loss Segment. Natalie was featured in the National Magazine, FIRST for Women with a distribution to 4.5 Million. She is also a weekly contributing editor for the Health and Fitness section for her city’s newspaper. Natalie has been guiding her community to a healthier lifestyle for years. Natalie has recently earned the prestigious Master of Fitness Sciences Certification based on her ability to step outside of the typical ‘trainer box’ assisting those not currently comfortable in a gym environment. Natalie is one of 65 Master Trainers selected out of 115,000 Certified Trainers to earn this credential. She has also acquired her Youth Fitness Certification and is looking forward to earning her Nutritional Certification by December of this year.
